Registration Required

A lot of people who have Medicare qualify for what is called “Low Income Subsidy” yet so many don’t even realize that they do.  Our goal is to help as many people as we can receive this subsidy, and we are conducting complimentary clinics at places like yours to help your residents find out if they qualify. The LIS program is estimated to be worth $5,000 per year and include :

• Medicare Part D plan Premium
• Annual Deductible
• Prescription coinsurance and copayments
• Assistance to cover prescription costs
• Coverage in the gap
• Assistance with Medicare Part D Late Enrollment Penalty costs

Program registration begins 14 days before program date.
